According to the construction experience of the wall dry hanging aluminum veneer of Shenmu Zunrong Yuefu KTV decoration project, the author summarizes that the skeleton is not vertical and the board surface is not consistent in the construction; The sealant at the joint is not dense and the width is different; This paper discusses the reasons of technical quality from three aspects, i.e. the loose connection and the careless installation, and discusses how to produce these three aspects and how to deal with them.
1、 The skeleton is not vertical and the board surface is not consistent
(1) Causes of accidents in construction
1. Before construction, there was no joint review of drawings and investigation of the actual situation of the construction site, no proper training and technical disclosure for workers.
2. Before the installation of the framework, the actual size of the wall was not measured and the wall was typeset, which made the arrangement distance of the framework inconsistent. During the installation of the framework, the flatness and perpendicularity of the framework were not measured.
3. The holes or bolts and pins connected between the framework and the aluminum veneer do not match each other due to the lack of positioning during drilling.
(2) Quality control points and preventive measures
1. Before the commencement of the whole project, the project manager shall organize all engineering and technical personnel and the person in charge of the construction team to seriously study the design drawings and strengthen the understanding of the drawings. The technical director shall communicate with the Design Institute for the technical problems in the drawings to avoid the quality problems in the construction. Construction workers should carefully do a good job in the technical and safety disclosure. The technical disclosure must describe in detail how to carry out the construction of each process. For important processes, parts or links, workers should be properly trained and their technical quality should be improved. During the construction, the method of layer by layer disclosure should be implemented to control the whole process.
2. Before the installation of the framework, due to the large error of the civil wall, the actual size of the wall should be measured according to the actual situation of the site, and the layout should be symmetrical from the middle to both sides according to the actual size. After the layout drawing is confirmed by Party A and the supervisor, the wall positioning axis and horizontal line should be popped up, and then the keel spacing should be arranged according to the design requirements, and the keel grid line should be popped up on the elevation horizontal line. According to the suspension line, first determine the location of the leftmost, rightmost and middle three embedded parts, and then pull a horizontal line to determine the location of each embedded part on the horizontal line. After the location of the embedded parts is determined, the position of the bolt hole is drawn with eye-catching color according to the embedded steel plate, and then the hole is drilled with an electric drill. After the forming of the anchor hole, the construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the construction procedure of the chemical bolt. Firstly, the slag and dust in the hole shall be blown out by the blowing drum, and then the special brush shall be used to clean the East. Then, the dust shall be blown out by the blowing drum, the cartridge shall be inserted, and the bolt shall be driven in by the special appliance. After the chemical bolt agent solidifies, the steel plate is put on. After installation, the elevation deviation shall not be greater than 10 mm, and the left and right deviation of the buried position shall not be greater than 20 mm. According to the on-site setting out data, strictly control the cutting size of column material and horizontal material. Before cutting, adjust the raw materials. For the finished product, the column deviation should not be greater than ± 1 mm, the deviation of horizontal material is not more than 1 ± 0.5mm; The cutting end should not be deformed to avoid burr.
